Captain Igor was born on the coast of the Black Sea and began sailing in his childhood on a dinghy. Early on, he realized that the sea was his true passion. His extensive sailing experience spans the entire Mediterranean and includes crossing the Atlantic, providing him with valuable knowledge and expertise.
With over 10 years of experience as a captain in the yachting industry, Captain Igor is dedicated to delivering luxury service and navigating the best routes available. His commitment to excellence and his profound understanding of the sea make him a distinguished and reliable captain for any yachting adventure.
CHIEF ENGINEER –
ALEX SEVOSTYANOV
Alex has shown a keen interest in ships, automobiles, and motors from an early age. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience working on yachts and ships. Recognized for his excellence as an engineer, Alex joined the yachting industry eight years ago. As a Chief Engineer, he is responsible for all electrical and mechanical work on board.
Alex enjoys being around people and collaborating with his teammates, all while ensuring that health and safety requirements are meticulously met. His expertise and dedication make him a valuable addition to every charter, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for all.
DECKHAND –
ANDY GREEN
Andy, born in the UK, transitioned from a career as a carpenter to the yachting industry when he moved to Spain in 1999. Since then, he has been cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to M/Y Dream. Outside of yachting, Andy enjoys running and cycling, showcasing his active and adventurous spirit.
His dedication and diverse skills make him a valuable asset to the crew, ensuring exceptional service and memorable voyages for all guests.

ARTEM CHEREDNICHENKO
Born and raised in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, Chef Artem Cherednichenko discovered his passion for cooking in 2011 when he enrolled in culinary college. This passion ignited a journey that has seen him master various cuisines and gain extensive experience in the culinary world. Chef Artem has worked in prestigious restaurants in both his hometown and Moscow, as well as in a five-star hotel, showcasing his versatility and commitment to culinary excellence.
With a keen interest in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Georgian cuisines, Chef Artem has honed his skills to perfection, always eager to accommodate his guests’ diverse culinary preferences. His expertise isn’t confined to land; for the past two years, he has also thrived as a private chef on luxury yachts, providing bespoke dining experiences on the high seas.
Chef Artem brings a multicultural flair to his culinary creations. His dedication to the art of cooking and his ability to craft extraordinary dishes from various cuisines make him a remarkable and sought-after chef.
CHIEF STEWARDESS –
NATALIA VINNIKOVA
Natalia, born in Odessa, Ukraine, is the esteemed Chief Stewardess of M/Y Dream. With a background in foreign languages from Odessa State University and comprehensive Maritime Professional Training from Fort Lauderdale, she is exceptionally well-prepared for her role. Natalia is fluent in English, Croatian, Russian, and Ukrainian, enhancing her ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Her extensive experience includes seven years on NCL and Princess cruise ships, and she has spent the last 15 years providing unparalleled service on M/Y Dream, as well as on M/Y Christina Onassis and M/Y Summer Breeze. Natalia’s dedication, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable asset. Her heartfelt commitment to guest satisfaction ensures that every charter aboard M/Y Dream is an extraordinary and memorable experience.
